Your hosts, owners Andy and Marcia Georges, together with restaurant manager and sommelier, Shawn Gomes, have a gift for making guests feel like old friends. And this is an attitude you’ll find instilled in all our staff.
Our innovative modern Italian menu has a distinctly Queensland spin – best illustrated by our signature dish, the legendary Sand Crab Lasagne. And our executive chef, Catherine Anders, uses only the freshest local produce (including Queensland’s best seafood and prime cuts) to create a selection to tempt all tastes.
